Ballymacash
Ballymacash community support was focused around the local sports academy and their links to the local community.
Lisanaskea
Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh is a rural area represented on the project by Oak Healthy Living Centre and Fermanagh Rural Community Network. The project focus was to support those in fuel poverty. As the project area was so large and because of the different needs of each area it was decided that 4 EMP’s would be developed instead of just 1. The 4 areas are Lisnaskea town, Donagh, Maguiresbridge & Newtownbutler.
Inner North Belfast
Inner North Belfast is an urban area. The area is represented by Mount Vernon Community Development and the Ashton Centre. The project focus was to support those in fuel poverty.
The Dolmens
Dolmens is a mostly rural community but includes Newcastle and Castlewellan. Their focus was to develop a community energy generation project and most of the focus was exploring grid connection options, different generating technologies, identifying potential sites, identifying large energy users within the community.
