Motivation for Living Wage Accreditation
NI Chamber is committed to fair pay. We are a values-led organisation and place people at the centre of everything we do. We recognise that committing to the Living Wage supports employee wellbeing and helps us to attract and retain talent. As a membership organisation, we also want to lead by example when encouraging members to adopt responsible and sustainable employment practices.
Implementation Process
The process was very straightforward. Following an initial half hour conversation I received the links to complete the application. The application took less than an hour to complete, so not a complicated process.
“People and talent are at the heart of everything we do at NI Chamber. Becoming a Living Wage Employer reinforces our continued commitment to valuing our people and ensuring everyone is paid fairly for the contribution they make.”
