Motivation for Living Wage Accreditation
Despite the fact that we as an employer had already been paying the Living Wage for a number of years, we felt it was important to highlight this, not just to our own employees, but also to the wider hospitality community.
Implementation Process
The process was a very simple one. Having registered for accreditation online, we had a short follow up meeting, with full accreditation following soon after. Information and communication was clear and concise throughout the process, which took no longer than just over a week.
