Motivation for Living Wage Accreditation

OCN has an ongoing commitment to supporting employees and ensuring fairness across the organisation. OCN is committed to paying the real Living Wage to all staff and we are delighted to have the Living Wage Employer accreditation.

Adding to OCN’s growing portfolio of recognised standards and chartered marks, the Living Wage Employer accreditation reflects our committed to quality, continuous improvement, cybersecurity, excellent service, and most importantly, our people. This accreditation also stands as a testament to the hard work and dedication of OCN staff.

Benefits of Living Wage Accreditation

Becoming accredited as a Living Wage Employer has strengthened our reputation as a fair, values‑driven organisation. It has positively supported staff wellbeing and morale, enhancing the overall strength of the OCN team. The accreditation has also reinforced our credibility with partners, and the OCN Board, demonstrating leadership in fair pay and responsible employment practices.

“Being paid the real Living Wage has given me greater financial stability and peace of mind, both professionally and personally. It has helped me manage everyday costs more comfortably and has made me feel genuinely valued for the work I do.”
