Volunteer With Us

Our vision is a just and equal society of confident, informed and active citizens who can access their rights and entitlements. Help us achieve our vision by becoming an Advice NI volunteer.

Volunteers play a vital role in how we deliver our services. You not only get to develop your own skills and meet different people but you will provide help to those that need it most.

Whether it is assisting an older person access the internet for the first time, providing advice to someone affected by welfare reform or contributing to our policy or admin teams, we have something for everyone.

We currently have 5 volunteer roles available:
  • Administrator
  • Receptionist
  • Policy and Research Officer
  • Welfare Rights Adviser
  • Internet Champion
You will receive full training so you have all the skills and knowledge you need to carry out your role. Becoming an Advice NI volunteer also means that you get access to our award winning training programme

If you would like to register your interest as a volunteer or to have an informal chat about any of the above roles then please contact us on 028 9064 5919 or email recruitment@adviceni.net
