Wiseradviser - Using the Consumer Credit Act in Practice

The skilled level Using the Consumer Credit Act In Practice course builds on the knowledge gained from the Wiseradviser e-learning course- The Consumer Credit Act (NI) (which is a pre-requisite). This discussion based, and practical day is designed to support your application of the theory and legislation related to the Consumer Credit Act. It will give you the opportunity to build on previous learning and develop your confidence and skills when dealing with customer enquiries. This course is accredited with OCNNI at Level 3. The face to face element is worth 6CPD points and the online element is worth 5 CPD points.
Who Should Attend: 
Wiseradviser courses are appropriate to anyone currently working with vulnerable clients facing financial difficulties.

If you wish to have OCNNI accreditation, which is optional, there will be a £100 charge. Please be advised that if you submit an OCNNI accreditation form you will be invoiced for this amount. Cancellation/No-Show Policy Participants who do not show up on the day, or do not cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice, will be charged a fee of £30.
