Understanding Student Finance for Advisers CNX due to development delay 22.8.19

As per the Northern Ireland Quality Standard all advisers should be able to provide generalist advice in relation to education. This 1 day course will provide advisers with the information they need to advise individuals wishing to apply for student finance. The course will also cover common issues in relation to accessing student finance, overpayments and also how awards may impact benefit entitlement.
Who Should Attend: 
This course is designed for advisers who are required to meet the Northern Ireland Quality Standard, or student advisers working primarily in this area
Members: £80 Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations: £100 Private and Statutory Sector Organisations: £120. Cancellation Policy Booked courses which are cancelled within 5 working days of the course start date will not be invoiced. Booked courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice will be invoiced at a fee of £30 or 50% of the course fee, whichever is higher. Participants booked on FREE training who do not show up on the day, or do not cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice, will be charged a fee of £30.

There are 6 hours CPD available for this course.
Additional Information: 
As per the Northern Ireland Quality Standard all generalist advisers are required to provide advice in relation to core topics such as Education. This course will aid advisers in meeting this standard.
