Research & Referencing Skills for Advisers

This course is designed to provide advisers with the skills required to research and reference up to date information relating to social security benefits and welfare reform. It will cover both online and paper resources. This is a necessary skill required to ensure organisations meet the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard in relation to case recording.
Who Should Attend: 
The course is designed for advisers providing generalist or specialist benefit advice.
Fees: 
Members: £40, Voluntary and Community Sector Organisation: £50, Private and Statutory Sector organisations: £60. We will invoice you for the course. Please note a late cancellation fee will apply to courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice. Cancellation Policy Booked courses which are cancelled within 5 working days of the course start date will not be invoiced. Booked courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice will be invoiced at a fee of £30 or 50% of the course fee, whichever is higher. Participants booked on FREE training who do not show up on the day, or do not cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice, will be charged a fee of £30.
