We have a selection of Welfare Reform sessions suitable for those who have already benefited from our Welfare Reform training and wish to update their knowledge in a timely and cost effective manner or for those who just need information on a specific aspect of Welfare Reform.
This session will look at the Housing costs element of Universal Credit for Social and Private Rented Tenants and explain how it will work in the event of fluctuating awards in each assessment period, how a tenant can obtain direct payments if they wish and how any changes in circumstances should be reported to Universal Credit.

All of our Welfare Reform in a Nutshell Sessions are 90 minutes in length and delivered at Advice NI Offices in Belfast. Bespoke/in-house training options are available for those wishing to access the course at an alternative date/time/location. Please see ‘Bespoke Training’ section.
