Nutshell: Universal Credit and Self-Employment

We have a selection of Welfare Reform sessions suitable for those who have already benefited from our Welfare Reform training and wish to update their knowledge in a timely and cost effective manner or for those who just need information on a specific aspect of Welfare Reform. This session will explain in detail how self-employed income is treated by Universal Credit and will include information on The Minimum Income Floor, Surplus Income, Monthly Accounting, Start-up Periods and Conditionality Issues which might impact upon the self-employed.
Fees: 
£20 Members/£25 Voluntary and Community Sector/£35 Private and Statutory Sector We will invoice you for the course. Please note a late cancellation fee will apply to courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice. Cancellation Policy Booked courses which are cancelled within 5 working days of the course start date will not be invoiced. Booked courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice will be invoiced at a fee of £30 or 50% of the course fee, whichever is higher. Participants booked on FREE training who do not show up on the day, or do not cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice, will be charged a fee of £30.
