Nutshell: PIP Guidance

We have a selection of Welfare Reform sessions suitable for those who have already benefited from our Welfare Reform training and wish to update their knowledge in a timely and cost effective manner or for those who just need information on a specific aspect of Welfare Reform. This session will help you challenge negative PIP decisions by focusing on significant regulations, guidance and case law to incorporate into your mandatory reconsiderations, appeals and complaints to the assessment provider. We will invoice you for the course. Please note a late cancellation fee will apply to courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice.
Fees: 
£20 Members/£25 Voluntary and Community Sector/£35 Private and Statutory Sector. We will invoice you for the course. Please note a late cancellation fee will apply to courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice. Cancellation Policy Booked courses which are cancelled within 5 working days of the course start date will not be invoiced. Booked courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice will be invoiced at a fee of £30 or 50% of the course fee, whichever is higher. Participants booked on FREE training who do not show up on the day, or do not cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice, will be charged a fee of £30.
