NI Advice Standard Training: Case Recording, Quality of Advice Audits - 20th June 2019

This course is to prepare managers and advisers for the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard. It will provide a practical guide to improve the quality of case recording and how to evidence continuous personal development. It will also cover the Advice NI recommended quality assurance activities, which are recognised by Department of Communities, including Case File Reviews and Quality of Advice Audits with practical case studies.
Who Should Attend: 
Training is open to Advice NI Members only and is appropriate to all managers, supervisors, senior advisers, advisers, trainees and volunteers.
£40 to Advice NI members, £50 to Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and £60 to Private and Statutory Sector organisations. We will invoice you for the course. Please note a late cancellation fee will apply to courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice. Cancellation Policy Booked courses which are cancelled within 5 working days of the course start date will not be invoiced. Booked courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice will be invoiced at a fee of £30 or 50% of the course fee, whichever is higher. Participants booked on FREE training who do not show up on the day, or do not cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice, will be charged a fee of £30.
