Making a Universal Credit Claim Online and Offline

This comprehensive half day course will train advisers in the key skills required to support clients in preparing for, making and maintaining a Universal Credit account. It covers all aspects of digital support, from online safety to coaching clients digitally. It will also cover the processes and procedures to follow if a vulnerability is identified and an offline claim needs to be made.
Members: £40 Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations: £50 Private and Statutory Sector Organisations: £60. We will invoice you for the course. Please note a late cancellation fee will apply to courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice. Cancellation Policy Booked courses which are cancelled within 5 working days of the course start date will not be invoiced. Booked courses cancelled with less than 5 working days’ notice will be invoiced at a fee of £30 or 50% of the course fee, whichever is higher. Participants booked on FREE training who do not show up on the day, or do not cancel with at least 5 working days’ notice, will be charged a fee of £30.
