I have less than £15,000 of debt, my disposable income is less than £50 per month and I have no assets, Is there anything that can stop me from applying for a DRO?

You cannot apply for a DRO if:

  1. You are an un-discharged bankrupt
  2. You are still in an Individual Voluntary Arrangement
  3. You are subject to a Bankruptcy restriction Order or Undertaking
  4. You are subject to a Debt Relief Restriction Order or Undertaking
  5. You have a pending bankruptcy petition
  6. You have had a DRO in the last 6 years
