Anytime Online - Triage Skills for Initial Contact and Support Workers

This Anytime Online course has been designed as a set of short, concise modules created to provide the skillset for initial contact and support staff to quickly identify emergencies, priorities, quick fixes and routine enquiries and assign resources that best fit the client’s need in times of increasing demand for the Advice Sector. The learning can be achieved one module at a time, each lasting around 10-20 minutes or if time permits as one, half day course.
