Policy & Engagement Officer /Ref: PEO

ROLE: To work as part of a small and dedicated team developing Advice NI’s social policy and engagement activities with a range of stakeholders.

Project Manager - Welfare Advice /Ref: PM

ROLE: You will work as part of a dedicated team and will be responsible for liaising with a range of public sector bodies including the Department for Communities (DfC), HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and other partners from within the Advice Network to ensure the Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Advice NI projects.

Quality Assurance Co-ordinator /Ref: QAC

ROLE: To review and implement agreed quality standards and initiatives within Advice NI and across the advice network.

Resources Co-ordinator /Ref: RC

ROLE: The Resource Co- coordinator will be responsible for supporting Head of Resource in all the general administrative functions of the organization including personnel.

Web Content Manager Ref: /WCM

ROLE: To work as part of Advice NI’s Communications team to manage Advice NI’s website content. The appointed person will work closely with Advice NI’s Communication’s Officer and will be responsible to the Head of ICT.

Tax & Benefits Adviser /Ref: TBA

ROLE: To help deliver our specialist, free, confidential and independent Tax and Benefits Advice Service to people across Northern Ireland who are struggling with issues relating to HMRC products and services.

Training & Development Practitioner /Ref: TDP

Role: Work as part of Advice NI’s training team to develop and deliver training to the Advice Sector. The appointed person will be working within the training team at Advice NI and responsible to the Training Manager.

Volunteer Co-ordinator /Ref: VC

ROLE: To oversee the development, growth and sustainability of volunteering across the Advice NI network. The post holder will work closely with the membership support team to promote a range of volunteering opportunities and the recruitment, induction and ongoing support of volunteers.
