New Quality Assurance Support for Members
Advice NI is keen to support our members in the delivery of high quality advice services and we are committed to working closely with all of our member organisations to help them prepare, achieve and maintain the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard (NIAQS).
With this in mind, part of our Quality Assurance Coordinator’s role, is to provide individual support to member organisations during the NIAQS process.
Marie Gilmore, has almost 20 years of experience in Advice provision, Management and Quality Standards, and working previously for a member organisation, she is uniquely positioned to understand the difficulties and issues faced by members in preparing and achieving the NIAQS.
Her role is to provide one to one support to assist all members achieve and retain the NIAQS. Additional support is available from Marie for smaller/lone organisations who may help to set up agreements for peer reviewing and auditing.
In addition to the one to one support, Marie delivers training on Case Management and Quality of Advice Audits and facilitates workshops with members for Quality of Advice Audits and Case File Reviews.
