Changes to the Housing Allocation Process
Following a lengthy review and consultation process that commenced in 2012, involving a Department-led review, independent research and a public consultation, the Northern Ireland Housing Association (NIHE) has begun the process of reforming the housing allocations process.
At a recent engagement session, the Fundamental Review of Allocations (FRA) Project Team within NIHE provided further information about the first phase of implementation, and Advice NI’s Policy & Information Team has published a short information note covering the first phase of the changes.
