Advice NI is an Open University Assessment Centre for National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in [PDF] Advice & Guidance, Customer Service and the Assessor and Verifier Awards.
Advice NI offers the NVQ in Advice & Guidance via face-to-face workshops or online through its virtual learning environment, LearningOnline.

E-Quals Project
E-Quals, funded by Proteus, is a partnership project between Advice NI and National Energy Action empowering 20 advice & guidance workers to be local champions in informing and advising people on becoming more energy efficient, how to cope with increasing fuel prices and change behaviours. The project has taken a unique blended learning approach to vocational qualifications, using both e-learning and face-to-face workshops, at the end of which the champion learners will have achieved 3 accredited qualifications;

The Deputy Lord Mayor, Bernie Kelly, presented certificates to advice & guidance workers participating in Advice NI's E-Quals project at Advice NI's annual Celebration of Achievement.
