Money Advice
In recognition of the increasing demand for money advice services, Advice NI aims to ensure that:
- people with debt problems have access to free quality money advice services and
- advisers have the capacity and ability to deal with debt problems.
Debt Problem?
Advice NI's Debt Action NI website offers a series of self help fact sheets and leaflets, a Frequently Asked Questions section provides answers to the most common money/debt advice queries. Debt Action NI advisors provide money/debt advice throughout NI. This is a free, confidential and impartial service open to everyone. Money Advice Training
Advice NI has developed a range of training courses that are targeted at advisers working at Generalist and Skilled levels in money advice. Advice NI and Citizens Advice are responsible for the development and delivery of [PDF] wiseradviser programmes in Northern Ireland. Training is designed around three skill levels:
- Generalist
- Skilled
- Specialist
To access wiseradviser training and resources you will need to register on the Wiseradviser website. 
Wiseradviser courses in Northern Ireland have been designed to ensure that they are comprehensive, up-to-date, well explained and are of the highest standard. They are free to members of the following agencies:
- Advice NI
- Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS)
- Citizens Advice.
