The money adviser wrote numerous letters to creditors and six months later all creditors had agreed to write off the debts. The woman in question is now doing very well and her mental health has greatly improved.
A single parent with two children who was a joint home owner but after a relationship breakdown could not afford to make the mortgage payments. He had received a court summons for repossession of the property. The money adviser managed to come to an agreement and get possession on the property suspended giving the client some time to make the payments and allowing him to stay at his home.
