Advice NI Holds Successful AGM
This year's AGM highlighted the the benefits of e-technologies in improving access and infrastructure within the advice sector. There was very postive feedback from all 4 workshops:
- E-learning: Creating Online Access to Vocational Qualifications
- Quality Online: Improving People and Services
- E-consultation: Reaching People
- Case management: Making Sense of Technology Based Recording Systems
Participants were able to view Advice NI's Online Learning Website, hear how e-Consultation is being used to engage young people, discuss the merits of a web based case recording system and view Advice NI's online Quaility Tool.
