This two day course which has been developed in conjunction with Housing Rights Service is accredited by OCN at Level 3. It will equip you with the skills to identify the options for dealing with mortgage and rent arrears. It will explain the orders made by the court in relation to housing arrears/reposssession as well as re-housing options available to the client.
